User Centered Design

Our design strategy is centred on predicting the needs and behaviour of our customers. At every stage we ask ourselves who the target customer is, what they're looking for, what will attract them and what will put them off. Using methods like Usability Testing and Requirement Testing and Gathering, we approach our programs as if we were the ones who would be using it. Our designers know that the customer comes first and if they don't like it, they won't use it.
